The Founder's Story
Ashwanii Kumar Agarwal, born in a small town ghaziabad in 1983, a Masters in Commerce and Marketing from Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut, now a Partner/CEO at BigHearts Venture™. Ashwani Agarwal is a specimen of hard work and perseverance, has rich experience in business advisory services including fintech, waste-toenergy, electric vehicles, new-tech infrastructure and technological innovations.
He started his journey with ICICI Bank as a sales executive but was promoted to a team leader after a brief time. After that, he shifted to the position of a branch head at Kotak Securities Ltd, and then at IL&FS Invest smart Securities Ltd. Ashwani Agarwal then took a turn in his life and decided to go towards newer opportunities that complemented his growth and that of the world. With proficiency in project management and business analytics, he oversaw many successful joint ventures and corporate tie-ups. An expert in marketing strategy and public relations, he has been triumphant in bringing together newer technologies for many Indian states and in enabling major collaborations of public and private institutions.
A man of commitment and diligence, Ashwanii has brought together many companies as well as delegations of various nations with the aim of inf rast ructure, investment & technology development and BigHearts Venture™ is the venture of his tireless efforts and strategic prowess. He believes in strong Coordination with his associates and has spearheaded many successful ventures and policies with the help of his strategic networks.
